Novel-Tec supplies Technical Services for systems and products distributed. This includes Installations, Preventive Maintenance, Repairs as well as Upgrade Programs backed up by our principal´s factory services.
We stock a limited set of spares to react fast on system down situations.
Our response time on emergency request situations is very short and on site service is usually available in 24-48 hrs or less.
Individual maintenance programs can be arranged.
Installations
Novel-Tec installs the systems it supplies at your site, supported by the manufacturer’s factory service.
Preventive Maintenance
Regular maintenance keeps your systems running reliably and reduces unplanned downtime. Individual maintenance programs can be arranged to suit your production.
Repairs
If a system goes down, we react fast: we keep a limited stock of spare parts, and on-site service is usually available within 24–48 hours.
Upgrade Programs
We offer upgrade programs for the systems we supply, backed by the manufacturer’s factory services.
